You are an experienced Digital Product Designer with a strong background in UX Design and Product Strategy — you have a proven track record of delivering user-centered designs that meet business goals. Your expertise in Visual Design and UI Design allows you to create aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces that enhance user experience. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside engineers and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life. You are comfortable working remotely and can manage your time effectively across different time zones.

You possess a blend of skills across various design specialisms, including UX Design, Service Design, and UI Design — this versatility enables you to adapt to different project needs and contribute to the overall design strategy. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences that resonate with users. Your ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths, allowing you to advocate for user needs within cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution — you will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with engineers to ensure the final product aligns with design specifications. You will work closely with product managers to define product requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions. Your role will also involve conducting usability testing and iterating on designs based on user feedback to continuously improve the product experience.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, contributing to the development of innovative digital solutions that drive client success. As a key member of the Product Design team, you will share your insights and best practices with colleagues, fostering a culture of design excellence within the organization.
