Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the eCommerce sector. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to identify business goals and optimization points effectively. You are fluent in French and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with clients and stakeholders confidently. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering value and ROI to customers. Your proactive nature helps you identify risks and opportunities, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service. You are adaptable and can manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Yotpo, you will be at the forefront of customer satisfaction, guiding clients through their journey with our platform. You will consult with clients to deliver ROI and value, leveraging Yotpo's suite of services to meet their business needs. Your role will involve analyzing key account statistics and performance metrics to identify pain points and educate customers on how to drive performance.
