You have a strong background in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of driving product adoption and maximizing customer value. Your ability to foster relationships and engage with customers regularly is key to your success. You understand the importance of actionable insights and telemetry data in informing retention and growth strategies.
You excel in territory and account planning, co-creating success plans that align with customer goals and lifecycle maturity. Your experience in delivering telemetry-driven insights on adoption and usage helps inform strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You are adept at maintaining continuous engagement through feedback loops and sentiment tracking, ensuring that customer milestones are aligned with their expectations.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Nintex, you will be responsible for onboarding and enabling customers, creating tailored onboarding plans, and leading training sessions to facilitate early adoption. You will conduct key check-ins to ensure progress and alignment, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Your role will involve surfacing blockers and collecting feedback to drive resolution, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of success plans, leveraging your insights to inform product development and enhancements. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention, making you a vital part of the Nintex team.
