Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in a first-line sales leadership role, where you've successfully managed and developed SaaS sales teams in mid-market or upmarket environments. Your strong understanding of eCommerce allows you to navigate complex sales cycles effectively, ensuring that your team consistently exceeds revenue goals. You thrive in environments that require a consultative, value-driven approach, and you are passionate about building a high-performing, inclusive team culture.

You are a seasoned sales leader who knows how to scale teams and foster a culture of accountability and ownership. Your experience includes guiding teams through multi-stakeholder sales processes, ensuring that every member is equipped to close meaningful, high-impact deals. You are committed to hiring, onboarding, and retaining top-performing sales talent, and you model the values of Yotpo’s mission and customer focus in your leadership style.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, driving them to consistently exceed revenue goals. You will own the pipeline strategy, ensuring forecast accuracy and revenue predictability across the team. Collaborating closely with Customer Success, you will support retention and expansion efforts, maximizing long-term customer value. Your responsibilities will also include acting as a culture carrier, modeling the values of ownership and accountability that are central to Yotpo’s mission.

You will be responsible for guiding your team through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, employing a consultative approach that emphasizes value delivery.
