You have a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and driving growth in a complex and fast-paced environment. With a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, you are well-versed in navigating the intricacies of CTV, 1p Data, and Retail Media. Your experience includes successfully scaling a defined book of business and bringing innovative products to market. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with sales, product, marketing, and services organizations to achieve shared goals. You are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and feel a true sense of belonging.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the growth and development of one of TripleLift's key sales teams nationally. You will be responsible for building and executing a sales plan that drives growth for the company. Your leadership will guide your team in maximizing performance and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that the needs of clients are met and that new products are effectively introduced to the market.
