What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Engineering at Zapier, you will lead the AI Orchestration engineering organization, overseeing multiple squads focused on delivering cutting-edge AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Product and Technology Officer and the Director of Product - AI to align engineering efforts with product strategy. Your role will involve setting the vision for AI engineering execution and ensuring that teams are equipped to innovate and deliver high-quality solutions.

You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your teams. This includes mentoring engineering leaders, facilitating knowledge sharing, and promoting best practices in AI development. You will also play a key role in strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management to ensure that engineering goals align with the overall mission of Zapier.
