Who you are

You have a B.S. degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical, and possess 7-10 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles in a manufacturing environment. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to develop and maintain relationships with business unit managers and directors, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise. You are adept at training and developing personnel, fostering a culture of growth and accountability within your team.

Your experience includes negotiating equipment procurement and optimizing costs, which contributes to the financial success of your projects. You are comfortable using personal computers and various software tools, including AutoCAD, to facilitate your work. You understand the importance of maintaining delivery schedules and coordinating resources across multiple offices to meet customer requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the mechanical design and project execution resources for process heaters, directly reporting to the Director of Process Heaters. You will lead cross-functional execution teams to ensure project commitments are met while developing integrity and accountability within the organization. Your responsibilities will include confirming equipment selection and design, coordinating drafting efforts, and reviewing customer mark-up prints to guide the drafting team.

You will also be responsible for maintaining delivery schedules based on customer requirements and Zeeco workloads, which involves close coordination with drafting, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality control teams. Additionally, you will be tasked with transforming order execution performance through talent development and process improvement initiatives. Your ability to present Zeeco products effectively to customers will be crucial in this role, as will your capacity to develop a network of contacts for local project knowledge.
