Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree preferred and some previous office experience, which will help you thrive in this role. Your advanced organizational and writing skills will be essential as you manage various administrative tasks. You are comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and possess intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
What you'll do
As a Sales Coordinator at Zeeco, you will be responsible for organizing and managing administrative tasks within your specified work group. You will primarily support internal employees and external customers, ensuring that each customer receives the necessary information during the quoting process. You will enter customer inquiries and quotes into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and follow up with applications engineers to ensure bid documents are issued on time. Additionally, you will track sales activities to ensure proper follow-up with customers and assist with gathering information for invoicing purposes. Creating project schedules when necessary will also be part of your responsibilities.
