What you'll do
As a QA Engineering Intern at Zefr, you will play a crucial role in the Customer Portals team by helping to ensure that clients have a reliable experience with Zefr’s products. You will build and execute automated test cases to verify the functionality and usability of customer-facing web applications. Your responsibilities will include validating API responses to ensure that the data sent to our portals is accurate and structured correctly.
You will perform data quality checks by writing Python scripts and SQL queries, comparing the information displayed on the user interface against the underlying database records. Additionally, you will document clear and reproducible bug reports in our tracking system, contributing to the overall improvement of our software quality. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in the field of quality assurance and software testing, preparing you for future opportunities in the tech industry.
