What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring Zenoti's software solutions to align with customer business processes. You will engage with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and set up proof of concepts that demonstrate the value of our platform. Your role will involve conducting training sessions for clients to ensure they are equipped to use the software effectively. You will also provide ongoing support during the implementation phase, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. Collaboration with internal teams, including product development and customer support, will be essential to refine our offerings based on client feedback. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring that our solutions meet and exceed client expectations.
