You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Customer Success Managers, Integration Engineers, Quality Assurance teams, and Product and Engineering departments. Your hands-on experience with deploying AI solutions allows you to guide customers through their transition to autonomous, agent-based operations seamlessly.

What you'll do

As an Agentic AI Implementation Consultant at Netomi, you will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and scaling large-scale Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will define and execute integration approaches, ensuring that each deployment is tailored to meet the specific needs of the customer. Your role will involve hands-on collaboration with customer teams to ensure smooth, end-to-end implementations, directly impacting how quickly customers realize value from Netomi’s platform.

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process, guiding them through the complexities of AI integration. Your expertise will help customers navigate their transition to autonomous operations, ensuring that they are equipped to leverage the full potential of Netomi’s AI solutions. You will also be involved in continuous improvement efforts, gathering feedback from customers to refine and enhance the implementation process.
