Zenoti is seeking an Implementation Consultant to configure and design solutions for clients in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll work closely with customers to streamline their business processes using Zenoti's cloud-based software. This role requires experience in solution design and customer engagement.

You have a strong background in consulting and implementation, ideally with experience in software solutions for the beauty and wellness industry. You understand the importance of tailoring solutions to meet specific business needs and have a knack for problem-solving. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and understand their requirements. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each client receives the attention they deserve. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and processes as needed to enhance client satisfaction.
Desirable
Experience with cloud-based software solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry. Knowledge of project management methodologies will help you excel in this role, as will any experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems. If you have a background in training or supporting clients in using software solutions, that would be beneficial as well.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring Zenoti's software to align with customer business processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and design solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. You will set up proof of concepts and pilots for high-priority clients, ensuring that they see the value of the Zenoti platform. Your role will involve training clients on how to effectively use the software, guiding them through the implementation process, and providing ongoing support as needed.
