Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in application and product security, with a strong understanding of secure coding practices and security standards. You are skilled in educating developers and QA engineers on security protocols, data handling, and encryption techniques. Your expertise includes evaluating and integrating security testing tools like SAST, DAST, and SCA into CI/CD pipelines to enhance continuous security integration.
You are familiar with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and you have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks. Your background includes working in cloud-native environments and understanding the security implications of modern banking technologies. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of security awareness.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and promotion of secure coding practices across the organization. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that security is integrated into the software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include conducting security assessments, implementing security testing tools, and providing guidance on best practices for secure application development.
