Overview

Zimperium is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage post-sale customer relationships and drive product adoption. This role requires strong customer management experience and a technical background.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer management, ideally with experience in technology or cybersecurity. You understand the importance of building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring renewals, and facilitating expansion opportunities. Your technical background allows you to effectively communicate the value of Zimperium's solutions to customers, helping them realize business value through product adoption.

You are proactive and detail-oriented, capable of managing escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering and Product, enables you to address customer issues effectively. You are comfortable traveling regionally for customer meetings, demonstrating your commitment to customer success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage client relationships post-sale, ensuring renewals and referenceability while facilitating expansion opportunities with sales teams. You will drive the adoption of Zimperiumโ€™s solutions within the customerโ€™s user base, assisting them in realizing the business value of the product. Your expertise in the product and domain will position you as a trusted advisor to customers, allowing you to demonstrate the solution's capabilities effectively.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams across different time zones to address customer issues and ensure a seamless experience. Your role will involve learning everything about the product and its deployment, enabling you to have in-depth conversations with customers about their needs and how Zimperium can meet them. You will be responsible for managing escalations and ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
