You have a proven track record in go-to-market strategies, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors — your experience has equipped you with the ability to translate complex product roadmaps into actionable strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
Your leadership skills are complemented by a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs — you can identify opportunities for growth and innovation, leveraging data and insights to inform your decisions. You are adept at navigating challenges and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability within your team.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies and insights to diverse stakeholders — whether presenting to executives or collaborating with team members, you can convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. You are passionate about improving the healthcare experience for patients and are motivated by the mission of empowering consumers in the healthcare marketplace.
Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the forefront of Zocdoc's mission to enhance patient experiences — you will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product offerings, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and drive adoption. You will collaborate closely with product teams to understand the features and benefits of new offerings, translating these into compelling value propositions for customers.
You will work with sales and marketing teams to develop effective launch plans, including messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies — your insights will help shape how Zocdoc communicates its value to potential users and partners. You will also monitor market trends and competitor activities, using this information to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Your role will involve regular engagement with customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that Zocdoc's offerings meet their needs and expectations. You will analyze performance metrics post-launch to assess the success of initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
