What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Zocdoc, you will lead the architecture and development of our provider analytics and performance platform. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to design systems that provide actionable insights to healthcare practices. Your role will involve defining technical requirements, overseeing the implementation of features, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems. You will also be responsible for conducting code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the overall technical strategy of the team.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. This includes gathering requirements, designing system architecture, and implementing best practices for data management and reporting. You will play a key role in driving the technical direction of the team and ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of performance and usability.
