Overview

ZoomInfo is seeking a Principal Customer Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding strategy for complex customers. You'll manage multiple high-priority projects and collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical quality.

Your ability to develop and implement onboarding strategies has led to successful customer adoption and satisfaction. Your collaborative nature allows you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring a cohesive implementation approach. You are detail-oriented, with a strong focus on standardizing processes and documenting transitions to enhance customer experiences. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are dedicated to ensuring their success with the product.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with customer success metrics and ROI analysis. You may have a background in project management or a related field, which enhances your ability to oversee complex onboarding processes. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for customer success will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the onboarding process for ZoomInfo's most strategic customers, serving as their primary point of contact during implementation. You will develop and implement strategic onboarding plans that ensure customers are onboarded efficiently and achieve quick ROI. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple high-priority onboarding projects, balancing the needs of the business with customer satisfaction and technical quality. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Learning & Development, and Solutions Engineering teams to facilitate a streamlined implementation approach. Additionally, you will ensure a smooth handoff to the Customer Success Manager or Account Manager by standardizing and documenting the information flow and transition. Your leadership will be crucial in driving customer adoption and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the overall success of ZoomInfo's onboarding strategy.
