What you'll do

As a Senior AI Developer Productivity Engineer at Zoox, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the development process for our autonomous vehicle software. You will work closely with the Developer Experience team to define and enforce best practices across the engineering organization. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing solutions that address engineering challenges at scale, ensuring that our development processes are efficient and effective.

You will leverage your expertise in programming languages and tools to improve the overall developer experience — this includes utilizing Large Language Models to enhance development velocity and streamline workflows. You will collaborate with other engineers to identify pain points in the development process and propose innovative solutions that drive productivity.

Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge of best practices in software development — you will help foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. By actively participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback, you will contribute to the overall quality of our software products.
