What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for the Rider Support Tools team, you will lead the development of systems that support the operation of Zoox's autonomous robotaxis. You will oversee the design and implementation of tools that enhance rider experiences and ensure the safe operation of the fleet. Collaborating closely with product managers and designers, you will prioritize features and drive the technical direction of the team.
You will be responsible for managing the engineering team, conducting regular one-on-ones, and facilitating career development discussions.
