What you'll do

As the Software Engineering Manager for Fleet Management, you will lead a talented team of engineers dedicated to developing backend services that support driverless robotaxi operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design and implementation of systems that handle dispatch, routing, and telemetry, ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, conducting regular one-on-ones to support their professional growth. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will drive the technical direction of the team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

In this role, you will also be involved in strategic planning, helping to define the roadmap for Fleet Management services. Your insights will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation, as you work to enhance the overall user experience and operational efficiency.
