Your ability to drive strategy and performance is complemented by your experience in managing critical field incidents and holding third-party partners accountable.

What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Mission Readiness & Fleet Response, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational integrity of the Zoox Robotaxi fleet. Your role will involve overseeing the technical preparation of vehicles and ensuring that every mission is supported with operational excellence. You will serve as the primary on-site escalation path for critical field incidents, directly impacting fleet availability and safety standards.

You will lead a team of Shift Leads and contingent associates, driving performance and strategy in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include managing workflows, ensuring that all vehicles are service-ready, and maintaining high safety standards. You will also play a crucial role in Zoox's expansion into new markets, contributing to the overall success of the fleet operations.
