Experience in the autonomous mobility sector or a related field would be a plus. Familiarity with managing hybrid workforces and third-party partners is also beneficial. A background in data analysis or operational metrics can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Mission Readiness & Fleet Response, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational integrity of the Zoox Robotaxi fleet. This includes overseeing the technical preparation of vehicles and managing live field incidents to ensure that every vehicle is service ready. You will lead a team of Full-Time Shift Leads and contingent associates, driving strategy and performance while holding third-party recovery partners accountable. Your role will directly impact fleet availability and safety standards, contributing to a seamless experience for riders. You will also be involved in the expansion into new markets, ensuring that operational processes are scalable and effective.
