You are a disciplined team player with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. As a Team Lead, you have experience in leading teams and ensuring that all members understand and execute both short- and long-term targets effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various departments to achieve common goals. Your hands-on approach allows you to lead by example, ensuring that all software and hardware tests meet high standards. You are adept at coordinating and streamlining processes to support Fleet Operations, making you the field expert for tools, features, and functions related to TeleOps workflows.
Desirable
Experience in autonomous vehicle operations or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with remote operations and teleoperation technologies will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with leaders across the organization and assist your team in navigating complex scenarios.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of tacticians, including remote operators and mission control associates, ensuring they are well-prepared to execute their responsibilities. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of both software and hardware tests, maintaining Zoox’s high standards. Your leadership will involve daily interactions with your team, providing guidance and support as they navigate the challenges of operating autonomous vehicles. You will coordinate with Fleet Operations and other departments, such as TeleGuidance and User Experience, to ensure seamless operations. Your ability to leverage real-time human context will be crucial in navigating complex scenarios and ensuring mission success.
