What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Vehicle Operations, you will coordinate and streamline processes to ensure your team meets both short-term and long-term targets. You will work closely with your team of Vehicle Operators, who are experts in the tools and features related to their workflows. Your role involves daily hands-on leadership, where you will guide your team in executing software and hardware tests while maintaining Zoox's high standards. You will also collaborate with other leaders within the Vehicle Operations organization to ensure alignment and effective communication across various teams.
