What you'll do

As an AV Safety Data Reporting Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective data and analysis processes that align with Zoox's commitment to safety. You will define and implement innovative processes that are rigorous, diligent, and systematic, ensuring they are applicable and repeatable as the organization scales. Your role will involve continual improvement of internal data gathering, analysis, and reporting processes, which are critical for compliance with safety regulations.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure a quantified, rigorous, disciplined engineering approach to safety. This includes analyzing safety data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety data is presented in a clear and concise manner, making it accessible for decision-making purposes.
