Zoox is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the End-to-End Feature and Homologation team. You'll work on defining and delivering product capabilities across Vehicle, Autonomy, and Operations segments. This role requires strong systems engineering expertise and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Who you are
You have a strong background in systems engineering, with experience in managing the entire product lifecycle across multiple domains. Your ability to collaborate with key business stakeholders allows you to define and deliver remarkable product capabilities that enhance mobility services. You thrive in environments where you can leverage deep technical knowledge and implementation expertise to ensure product verification and validation.
You are a champion of your feature domains, effectively bridging the gaps between Vehicle, Autonomy, and Operations segments. Your strong communication skills enable you to forge relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product, Safety, Operations, and Legal teams, ensuring that all aspects of the product are aligned and well-documented.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the End-to-End (E2E) feature domains, ensuring that all design solutions and systems engineering documentation meet the highest standards. You will be responsible for creating multi-quarter capability plans and verification plans that guide the development process. Your expertise will be crucial in providing debug support and ensuring that the product capabilities are fully verified before deployment.
You will work closely with systems teams from each domain, leveraging their technical knowledge to deliver a world-class mobility service. Your role will involve defining design solutions that not only meet current requirements but also anticipate future needs, ensuring that the mobility service remains competitive and innovative.
