What you'll do

As a Senior Fleet Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maximizing the operational uptime and reliability of Zoox's regional robotaxi fleet. You will serve as the first line of escalation for complex, on-site technical issues, covering all major vehicle systems. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ensuring that the fleet operates smoothly and efficiently.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide feedback on vehicle performance and reliability, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Your hands-on approach will allow you to engage directly with the fleet, performing diagnostics and repairs as needed. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing maintenance protocols to enhance fleet reliability and performance.
