You are a hands-on technical expert with a strong background in fleet support and vehicle systems. Your experience allows you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the operational uptime of a fleet. What you'll do
As a Senior Fleet Support Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational uptime of our regional robotaxi fleet. You will serve as the first line of escalation for complex technical issues, working closely with the Vehicle Development team to ensure all major vehicle systems are functioning optimally. Your role will involve hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as collaborating with engineering teams to implement improvements based on your findings.
You will analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement within the fleet. Your insights will help drive operational strategies that enhance the reliability and efficiency of our robotaxi services.
