What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Vehicle Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of Vehicle Operators who are experts in their workflows. You will coordinate daily operations, ensuring that your team adheres to Zoox's high standards while executing their tasks. Your role will involve setting clear expectations and targets for your team, guiding them to achieve operational excellence. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of safety and discipline within your team, leading by example in all operational activities.
