You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in hardware development, and have successfully led complex projects from inception to completion. You are adept at identifying solutions to complex integration problems and are comfortable working in ambiguous environments. Your strong organizational skills enable you to develop structured ways of working that enhance team collaboration and efficiency. You have a passion for solving challenging problems and scaling your impact through effective project management.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive or robotics industry is a plus, as is familiarity with camera systems and sensor technologies. You may also have a background in software development, which helps you understand the technical aspects of the projects you manage.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the Camera program end-to-end, ensuring that the integrated schedules for the 5MP and LWIR camera systems are met. You will collaborate closely with sensor engineering, computer vision software, systems safety, supply chain, and vehicle integration teams to achieve strategic objectives and tactical milestones. Your responsibilities will include developing complex project schedules, mapping sensor-specific milestones to major vehicle builds, and managing program budgets.

You will be tasked with mitigating technical risks and holding teams accountable for their deliverables. Clear communication of progress to leadership will be essential, as will your ability to navigate the fast-paced environment typical of a startup. You will be expected to wear many hats and adapt to the evolving needs of the project and the organization.
