What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Zoox, you will play a crucial role in the Experimental Operations (XOPS) team, overseeing the prototyping of our autonomous vehicle platform. You will assist leadership in developing comprehensive roadmaps and schedules, ensuring that all key milestones are met while effectively managing risks and budgets. Your responsibilities will include tracking the progress of prototyping efforts and communicating updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.

You will lead projects focused on designing and building prototypes, collaborating closely with engineers and designers to develop innovative solutions for AV hardware. Your role will involve assessing performance, safety, and scalability of prototypes, ensuring that they meet the high standards set by Zoox. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and driving the implementation of best practices in prototyping processes.
