Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations or deal desk analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of sales processes and are adept at analyzing data to drive decision-making. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the impact your work has on customer success and business outcomes.

You are detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue recognition principles. Your experience with CRM systems and sales tools enables you to streamline processes and improve efficiency. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are comfortable working with large datasets to extract meaningful insights. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance and optimize deal structures.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based solutions. You are comfortable using data visualization tools to present your findings and recommendations to stakeholders. A background in finance or accounting can also be beneficial, as it enhances your understanding of the financial implications of sales decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing insights and analysis on deal structures and pricing strategies. You will work closely with sales representatives to ensure that deals are structured in a way that maximizes revenue while remaining competitive in the market.
