What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Finance M&A Integration & Transformation team, overseeing financial integration processes for mergers and acquisitions. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing financial strategies that support M&A activities, as well as driving transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for analyzing financial performance post-acquisition, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to optimize financial operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of accountability and transparency within the finance team, ensuring that all financial activities align with Zscaler's mission and values.
