What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for Zscaler's Zero Trust Exchange platform, ensuring that user experience is at the forefront of product development. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and expectations. You will advocate for best practices in design and user experience, helping to establish design standards and guidelines across the organization. You will also mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills and contribute to the team. Your work will directly impact the success of Zscaler's products, helping to shape the future of cybersecurity.
