You are a skilled IT Support Specialist with a strong customer focus and a knack for problem-solving. You have a solid understanding of various technologies, including MacBooks, Windows laptops, and collaboration tools like Google Workspace and Slack. Your technical expertise enables you to troubleshoot a wide range of issues, from hardware malfunctions to software glitches. What you'll do

In this role, you will monitor and triage incoming tickets in the IT Helpdesk Ticket Queue, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly.
