What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of Zuora's reliability strategy, focusing on advancing their operational capabilities through AI-driven solutions. You will lead efforts to ensure the reliability and scalability of their customer-facing SaaS platforms, working in a follow-the-sun model to deliver 24x7x365 support. Your responsibilities will include defining new approaches to system reliability, collaborating with various teams to implement best practices, and influencing the technical direction of the organization.

You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance operational excellence. Your leadership will guide the team in adopting innovative technologies and methodologies that align with Zuora's mission of transforming industries through subscription-based models.
