What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of DevRev's AI platform, Computer. You will work closely with engineering teams to design and implement robust systems that can handle varying loads and ensure uptime. You will monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences. You will also collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your role will involve automating processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. You will participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to continuously improve system reliability. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of best practices for site reliability engineering within the organization.
