Zuora is seeking a Solution Architect II to design and implement solutions for clients in the Subscription Economy. You'll leverage your consulting skills to guide clients through successful implementations. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Who you are
You have a strong background in solution architecture, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a consulting or technical role. Your ability to simplify complex technology concepts allows you to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. You are adept at identifying client business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, and you thrive in environments where you can lead discussions and drive consensus.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can anticipate potential issues during implementations. Your proactive approach enables you to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans, ensuring that projects stay on track. You are comfortable working remotely and can manage your time effectively while collaborating with team members during office visits. Your passion for technology and commitment to client success drives you to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Desirable
Experience with Zuora's multi-product suite or similar subscription management platforms would be a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools can enhance your effectiveness in this role. You may also have a background in software development or systems integration, which can provide valuable insights during solution design.
What you'll do
As a Solution Architect II at Zuora, you will play a pivotal role in the professional services team, responsible for designing and architecting solutions that meet client needs. You will engage with clients to understand their business requirements and map the Zuora solution accordingly. Your expertise will guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring that they achieve their desired outcomes.
