Agoda is hiring a Japanese-speaking Account Executive to expand their accommodation offerings across Japan. You'll be the first point of contact for potential hotel partners, sharing insights and solutions to maximize their success on Agoda's platform.
You have a strong background in sales or account management, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry — your experience has equipped you with the skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with partners. You are fluent in Japanese and possess excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping businesses succeed through innovative solutions.
You understand the importance of data and technology in driving growth — you are comfortable leveraging insights to inform your strategies and decisions. Your ability to analyze market trends and competitor offerings enables you to provide valuable recommendations to hotel partners.
