What you'll do

As the Growth Product Manager for Matcha Web, you will own the growth strategy for our flagship trading interface. Your primary responsibility will be to understand our users and the market, running smart experiments to improve the user funnel and overall experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and track success metrics, ensuring that we are meeting our growth objectives.

You will lead initiatives to increase our volume share against competitors, focusing not just on raw volume but on growing our population of recurring traders. Your role will involve conducting user research to identify friction points in the onboarding journey and collaborating with marketing on acquisition campaigns to align product experiences with go-to-market messaging.
