You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, particularly in business development and go-to-market strategies.

You understand the nuances of corporate governance and employment law, and you are eager to expand your expertise in these areas as the role evolves. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear legal guidance. You are proactive in identifying potential legal issues and developing solutions that align with the company's goals.

What you'll do

As the Commercial Counsel at 0x, you will own the commercial legal function, serving as the go-to partner for the Business Development and GTM teams. Your primary responsibility will be to draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements that support the company's mission in the web3 space. You will manage the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring consistency and efficiency in processes from intake to execution and record-keeping.

You will also develop standard forms and negotiation playbooks to streamline the contracting process, helping to build a scalable legal function within the organization. Over time, you may take on broader corporate matters, including corporate governance and employment law issues, contributing to the overall legal strategy of the company. Your role will be critical in enabling the business to operate effectively while managing legal risks.
