Backend Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in backend development. Your strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java enables you to design and develop robust backend systems. You possess a solid understanding of design patterns and have hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

You are well-versed in RESTful API design and development, ensuring that the systems you build are intuitive and responsive. Your experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools allows you to maintain high-quality standards in your work. You are proficient in using version control systems like Git, which helps you collaborate effectively with your team.

You have excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, enabling you to tackle complex challenges independently or as part of a team. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills make you an effective collaborator, allowing you to work closely with product designers, frontend engineers, and AI engineers to deliver high-quality AI products.

What you'll do

As a Backend Engineer at 10Pearls, you will be responsible for designing and developing the backend systems of our AI products.
