Axonius is hiring a Backend Engineer to develop and maintain scalable infrastructure for data integrations. You'll work with Python and various database technologies in São Paulo. This role requires 4+ years of experience in backend engineering.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 4+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer, demonstrating a strong understanding of infrastructure and backend systems. You have participated in formal design and code review processes, ensuring high-quality code and architecture. Your experience includes working with various communication protocols such as REST, SOAP, GraphQL, LDAP, or SNMP, which allows you to design effective data integration solutions. You possess direct experience with at least one database technology, either SQL or MongoDB, enabling you to manage and optimize data storage effectively. You are comfortable working in Linux operating system environments, which is essential for developing and deploying scalable solutions.
Desirable
Professional coding experience using Python is a significant advantage, as it is a key technology in our stack. Familiarity with Linux environments will further enhance your ability to contribute to our team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full feature development lifecycle, from initial definition through production deployment and customer usage. You will research, develop, and deploy scalable solutions rapidly to address complex technical challenges and secure key deals. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust, high-performance systems for managing high volumes of data in a large-scale production environment.
