Who you are

You have over 4 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer, demonstrating a strong understanding of infrastructure and backend systems. Your coding skills are well-honed, and you have participated in formal design and code review processes, ensuring high-quality software delivery. You are familiar with at least one communication protocol such as REST, SOAP, GraphQL, LDAP, or SNMP, which allows you to effectively manage data interactions. Additionally, you possess direct experience with at least one database technology, either SQL or MongoDB, enabling you to handle data storage and retrieval efficiently.

Your professional coding experience includes proficiency in Python, which is essential for developing scalable solutions. You are comfortable working in Linux operating system environments, which is crucial for deploying and managing applications. You have a solid understanding of multi-process architectures, allowing you to design systems that can handle high volumes of data in a large-scale production environment. As a technical subject matter expert, you are adept at providing innovative solutions to unique problems using advanced technology.

Desirable

Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks would be a plus, as would familiarity with cloud services or containerization technologies. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges and securing key deals through your contributions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full feature development lifecycle, from initial definition through production deployment and customer usage. You will research, develop, and deploy scalable solutions rapidly to address complex technical challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement robust, high-performance systems that manage high volumes of data effectively. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the infrastructure you build aligns with customer needs and drives product success.

As part of the Asset Group, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's competitive advantage by managing over 1,200 data integrations. You will act as a technical subject matter expert, providing innovative solutions to unique problems and ensuring that the systems you develop are both efficient and reliable. Your contributions will directly impact customer-driven product wins, making your role vital to the company's success.
