Who you are
5+ years of backend engineering experience building production systems at scale β you've owned services from design through deployment and have a deep understanding of user requirements and business objectives. You are proficient in Java and have experience in creating technical design documents and implementing software solutions that are efficient and scalable.
You have a strong focus on writing robust, reusable, and well-structured code, and you conduct thorough unit testing to ensure software quality. Your experience includes troubleshooting issues and participating in code reviews, continuous integration, and automated testing processes. You value humility, respect, and a desire to learn, which aligns with our core values at 10Pearls.
What you'll do
As a Senior Backend Engineer at 10Pearls, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our A/V streaming platform. You will analyze user requirements to define business objectives, ensuring that the software aligns with user needs.
