You have a strong background in design with a focus on both print and digital mediums — your experience includes leading teams to deliver on-brand and effective creative solutions across various platforms. You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications, which you use to create compelling designs that resonate with target audiences. Your leadership skills enable you to manage resource allocation effectively and oversee the design work of individual contributors, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and meet strategic objectives.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with account, copy, and design teams to develop creative solutions that align with documented business strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively allows you to present concepts and creative solutions to leaders across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of adhering to print pre-press specifications and other technical requirements in your design work.
What you'll do
As the Senior Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team that delivers high-quality creative solutions for a variety of mediums, including web/app design, email communications, and social media graphics. You will oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that all work is aesthetically pleasing and strategically aligned with business goals. Your role will involve managing resource allocation and guiding individual contributors in their design work, providing feedback and support to help them grow in their roles.
You will lead discussions on strategy and solutions based on documented outcomes, responding to and solving communication requests at all levels. Your contributions will be crucial in creating environmental graphics for sales facilities and other spaces, enhancing the overall brand experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all design work meets agreed-upon specifications and is delivered on time, ultimately driving business results through effective design.
