You have a proven track record in product design, with experience leading design initiatives that drive user engagement and satisfaction. Your ability to understand complex user needs and translate them into intuitive design solutions sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality across products.
You are comfortable with both hands-on design work and strategic decision-making, guiding the design direction and standards for the team. Your experience includes engaging with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, which you use to inform your design decisions. You are passionate about creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience.
What you'll do
As the Product Design Lead at Omnea, you will lead design efforts across major product areas, ensuring that the design aligns with the company's mission to streamline procurement processes.
