Who you are
You are a strong individual contributor with acute leadership skills, ready to take on the challenge of building the Product Design function at Humaans. Your expertise in interaction design allows you to define how experiences behave and how our interaction model works, ensuring that user interactions are both intuitive and effective. You possess a keen eye for visual design, defining the visual language that impacts how the product is perceived and consumed. Your objective-driven mindset and experience leading product direction enable you to articulate product decisions clearly and present them effectively to stakeholders.
What you'll do
As the Product Design Lead, you will lead and oversee multiple product areas from conception to launch, ensuring that the design aligns with both user needs and business goals. You will own strategic decisions around product direction, working closely with the founders and engineering team to translate complex technical architectures into simple and elegant user experiences. Your role will involve designing end-to-end flows that solve the most pressing problems our customers face, turning their requirements into useful features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure a seamless integration of design and functionality. Your leadership will guide the design team in creating innovative solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement.
