What you'll do

As the Corporate Counsel at 15Five, you will own and manage the entire contract lifecycle process, ensuring that all agreements are compliant and aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will serve as a strategic legal partner to the organization, providing practical legal advice that enables teams to operate efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing customer and vendor contracts, overseeing privacy and data protection initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Finance, Security, IT, and HR, to provide legal support that aligns with business objectives. Additionally, you will partner with outside counsel on employment, intellectual property, and other specialized legal matters as needed. Your role will also involve building and documenting scalable legal processes that facilitate growth while mitigating risk. You will complete additional projects as requested based on the evolving needs of the business, ensuring that legal considerations are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
