Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition through data-driven strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights that enhance user experiences. You are skilled in A/B testing methodologies and have a deep understanding of user behavior, enabling you to optimize landing pages effectively.
You possess strong collaboration skills, having worked closely with designers and web developers to implement testing strategies that maximize conversion rates. Your experience with tools like Google Analytics and SQL empowers you to analyze traffic sources and identify opportunities for improvement. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can lead a dedicated testing squad to achieve ambitious goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the experimentation roadmap for the Degree and Executive Education portfolio, prioritizing tests that target high-volume traffic sources. You will serve as the primary conversion rate optimization partner to the Paid Media team, ensuring that traffic from paid search, social, and organic channels lands on optimized experiences designed to convert. You will lead a team focused on executing a rigorous schedule of A/B tests aimed at maximizing session-to-lead and lead-to-enroll rates.
You will analyze the performance of various digital experiences and iterate on strategies based on data insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all digital touchpoints align with the overall acquisition strategy. Your role will involve presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in conversion rates across all channels.
